By submitting a referral, you ("Referrer") agree to the following terms and conditions governing the Condoit Referral Program ("Program") offered by Condoit, Inc. ("Condoit").

‍

1. Program Overview
‍

Condoit will pay a $1,000 USD referral reward for each Qualified Referral submitted and accepted during the Program period. This reward is subject to all terms, eligibility, and compliance requirements listed below.

2. Eligibility
‍

• Referrer must be 18 years or older and a legal resident of the United States or Canada.
  
  
• Referrers must have the legal right to receive referral compensation under applicable laws and any existing contractual obligations (e.g., employment agreements).
  
  
• Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and investors of Condoit, and their immediate family members, are not eligible.
  
  
• This offer may not be combined with any other promotions or incentives.
  
  

3. Qualified Referral Criteria

‍

A “Qualified Referral” must meet all of the following conditions:
‍

• The referred company is not an existing customer, active prospect, or known sales lead of Condoit.
  
  
• The referral is submitted via:
  a) A written introduction to Darin@condoit.io, or
  b) A referral link provided by Condoit through [Insert Website URL].
  
  
• The referred company signs a new customer agreement with a minimum annual contract value (ACV) of $12,000 USD.
  
  
• The agreement is fully executed within 90 days of the referral submission.
  
  
• The referred company makes its initial payment under the agreement.
  
  

4. Referral Reward
‍

• Referrer will receive $1,000 USD per Qualified Referral.
  
  
• Payment is issued within 30 days after contract execution and receipt of initial payment.
  
  
• Referrers must submit any legally required tax documentation (e.g., IRS Form W-9 or CRA Form T4A) before payment is released.
  
  
• Referrer is responsible for any taxes due on the reward.
  
  

5. Disqualification
‍

Referrals are not eligible if:
‍

• The Referrer is referring their own company or an affiliated entity.
  
  
• The referral is a duplicate; only the first eligible Referrer will be rewarded.
  
  
• The resulting agreement is below the $12,000 USD ACV threshold.
  
  
• The referral is submitted after the program end date.
  
  
• The Referrer is ineligible or legally restricted from receiving payment under any applicable law or regulation.
  
  

6. Compliance & Geographic Restrictions
‍

• Program is only valid where legally permitted and only available to residents of the United States and Canada.
  
  
• Condoit will not issue payments to individuals residing outside the U.S. or Canada.
  
  
• Condoit reserves the right to withhold or reverse payment if any submission violates these terms, applicable law, or creates a conflict of interest.
  
  

7. Program Changes

Condoit may suspend, modify, or terminate the Program at any time for any reason without prior notice. Qualified Referrals submitted prior to changes will be honored if compliant.

8. No Agency
‍

Participation in the Program does not create any legal partnership, employment, or agency relationship with Condoit. Referrers act as independent participants.

9. Entire Agreement
‍

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Condoit regarding the Referral Program and override any prior communications. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

By submitting a referral, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
