Service groups asked to conduct site walks for a national contract and provide detailed data for as-builts, current site landscape, and account for any EV chargers delivered onsite for install.
The Solution
Using site walks + single-line diagrams to map designs for new electric vehicle equipment across major contracts (eg: Chevrolet):
✔ Take photos of existing equipment and the job site
✔ Plan the location of each piece of equipment with a Google map and mark-up tool
✔ Analyze load requirements to determine if new equipment would be required
✔ Produce an as-built design and new design options with digital one-line diagrams
✔ Generate an estimate in hours (instead of days or weeks)
