Condoit is running an Asset Capture Contest from July 1st to July 31st, 2025, challenging Condoit users and IEC apprentices to digitize electrical equipment. Participants earn points for tagging equipment and bonus points for tagging the "Core Four" at facilities, with up to $1600 in prizes.

How to Participate:

• With facility and employer permission, apply and register tags, snap photos (whole unit showing asset tag, nameplate, details).
  
  
• Collect all data in Condoit by Condoit close-of-business July 31.

• Deploy all 20? You can reorder 40, then 160 at a time (while stock lasts).

How to Earn Points:

• 1 point for every registered piece of equipment (asset tag + at least one photo with asset tag in view).
  
  
• +4 bonus for each facility where all of the Core Four are tagged: utility transformer, main switchboard (switchboard or panel with utility transformer or meter directly upstream), two additional panels or switchboards.

• +10 bonus points for any system with more than [25] registered assets.

How to Earn Points:

Grand prize - $1000 CASH
The user with the most points wins a $1,000 Visa Gift Card

Team Prize - $300 of Industry Gear

The company that scores the most points will win the team prize - a shipment of high-end Condoit & industry swag.

Most Photos Prize - FLIR One pro camera (Values @$500)

The user with the most Equipment photos captured wins a FLIR One Pro Infrared Camera.

Directions for Capturing Equipment & Assigning Tags:

In Condoit mobile app:

1. Create/select Equipment record.
2. Register Condoit Asset Tag on Equipment Details page.
3. Upload Photo(s) on Media tab.
   a. Photo should include: whole unit (including asset tag) > nameplate > details.‍
4. MAXIMIZE POINTS: Tag the Core Four 
   a. Utility/service transformer, main switchboard or panel (mark the utility transformer or meter that is directly upstream), and at least 2 other switchboards or panels.
